Resolved! Age verification

I’m trying to do the age verification to unlock 18+ content. When I dial 61018 I get “Welcome to Tesco Mobile. We are unable to complete your request.” Will pop to O2 store tomorrow to sort it. Just wondering if anyone else has same problem.
