Multisave using different accounts

If my partner gets her own contract with her own account, am I still able to add her to my multisave group?
So that we manage our numbers through our own accounts, but her contract will benefit from the multisave discount?

Or does multisave only apply to numbers under the same account?

Thank you,

Ryan

That happens, @RJJ

Look in the Multisave plan terms linked above, section 4.1, to see how to add a valid number to your account. Good luck!

That should be covered @RJJ in the guide :-

The page for multisave says

"Get 20% off the airtime plan of every new eligible Pay Monthly connection that you add to your account, or add other O2 numbers to your Multisave group to share your savings. You can add up to 20 numbers to your group."

The section "add other O2 numbers to your Multisave group to share your savings." suggests that I should be able to add a number from a different account and contract.

Correct, @RJJ -

...Your number should be eligible for a Multisave discount if you:

  • Have a phone or tablet on a Pay Monthly O2 Refresh or SIM Only tariff

  • Bought your tariff directly from O2

  • Connected or upgraded in the last 28 days

  • Don’t already have a discount on your airtime plan

I was told on a livechat that any number added to a multisave group must belong to the same account. I am seeing conflicting information.

Hi @RJJ - was your partner able to get the 20% multisave discount on their bill?

I am in a sort of similar situation - I have two additional lines under my own account which I pay for, which have the 20% discount, which I got back in 2023 - it is not in a group, I can just see that it is applied on the additional lines bills. I now want my sister to get the 20% discount off her bill - she has her own contract with her own account which she bought in the last few weeks - she lives in the same address as me.
