Hello.. I purchased a bolt on on 22nd Aug of 1GB but its not showing on phone

Did you get a confirmation of the receipt @perla ?

If yes you need to get in touch with customer services.

Call them on 202 if pay monthly or 4445 if pay as you go, or message o2 on social media:
