Price is dependent on phone type.

Also check local phone repair shops etc as costs may be much cheaper.

Depends on the phone but while you decide switching off 5G helps quite a bit

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If you replace your battery @JoV, turn on "Battery Protection". On a Samsung Galaxy, it is under Settings then Battery. 👍

What if it's not a Galaxy without that feature?
