i have damaged a sim card and need yuo send a new one

Either phone customer services or call into an O2 store with photo ID 

Alternatively report it as lost and they will send a new one

Just to add, O2 have been known to use the blunderbuss approach when reporting a SIM lost, including blocking the IMEI and the account - best way to deal with this is via any O2 store, in person, with a valid photo id, @Ianj84
