Hi, I am looking for help with this too. I changed my user name to my new (gmail) email address about 18mths ago yet O2 still send ALL of my correspondence to a long redundant Tiscali account.
There does not appear to be any way to update and all O2 help just sends me around an eternal loop.
Help please!
