I have issues to access my account to pay my bill, as I received msg that I will have extra charge what not suppose to happen as I have direct debit set to pay my bills. I am proper upset now and need to think to change my Contract

You need to call customer services to check your account immediately and do not click on any links on texts in case they are spam texts trying to gain access to your account http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
