Hi,
I recently have paid my bill for my phone, however today I have 4G/5G but when I attempt to use apps or internet it doesn’t work or load. I have full data, it works when I connect to wifi.
I have tried airplane mode and tried switching phone off then back on and still not working.
Any help would be appreciated.

You need to contact payment management to get your data reconnected.
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
