£400 prepaid MasterCard - no email received

Hello,

 

I upgraded my phone to a Sony Xperia 1 IV. It stated on this deal that I would get a £400 Pre Paid MasterCard and the details for this would be text or emailed to me.

 

I haven't had anything through yet. It also doesn't say anything on my contract about this.. just want to check if that's right and if anyone else has had issues?

 

I have asked O2 on Facebook and via chat and all they do is send me the terms and conditions. Which I have read. 

 

I just want to know if I am defo going to get this, it was one of the reasons I chose this deal.

 

I don't want to miss out.

Guys is anyone able to assist me with this also?

 

Took out an Xperia 1 iv on 8th October....still waiting for my voucher/code to claim the Mastercard.

 

Initially took it up with o2 who directed me towards Blackhawk, I have provided everything that they need on the 24th October still waiting, chased them on 3 occasions... They say they are waiting on o2.

I have raised a complaint with o2 who didn't uphold my complaint based on the fact the promotion is run by a third party and nothing to do with them, despite Blackhawk waiting on them.

 

When did o2 stop caring about the customer journey and a fair customer outcome?

Yesterday I was in touch with O2Sarah regarding this. I provided info that she requested but never heard back from her.

 Is there anything else I should do?

Do you need same information?

Frankly, some certainty/clarity how to proceed would help.

Do we just wait? And, if yes, how long for?
