Anyone know if the O2 store in cribbs Causeway has reopened yet? Been there twice in the last couple of weeks and the sign on the shutter has stated "closed due to technical issues"

I switched up 7 days ago and now I'm not sure I want to stay with o2 for a number of reasons. Can I just cancel the upgrade return device and close my account - as I'm with in 14 days? Or is it different because I switched up?

If you return a device within the 14. Day period, does it have to be returned to the o2 store you purchased it from or can you return it to any store?
