I switched up 7 days ago and now I'm not sure I want to stay with o2 for a number of reasons.

Can I just cancel the upgrade return device and close my account - as I'm with in 14 days?

Or is it different because I switched up?

No difference.

It's still a contract like any other.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
