Evening all any ideas on how long it takes Blackhawk to get missing email/text prepaid Mastercard invites sent?
I took out a qualifying handset on October 8th and I’m still waiting, I have chased o2 since the 18th October and black hawk since the 24th October. I have provided all documents to blackhawk
O2 are offering no support stating it’s provided by a third party and nothing to do with them.

I have emailed the email address on the 21st October- still awaiting a reply.
called that contact number on the 24th October- logged it with black hawk gave them all the information they needed, still waiting for an actual solution they have emailed me twice just stating still working on it.
The most frustrating part is you contact o2 and they just say nothing to do with us and that’s an actual response from a complaint handler.
What happened to a positive customer experience / journey?
