Is there an option to pay my monthly bill via a bank transfer? The only options I can see when I log in to the ‘my o2 area’ are a credit card or debit card payment

I may be wrong but I think Bank Transfer was something only open to Business Accounts.

I stand to be corrected.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
