+18 protection

Hello! I cant access my webpage due to be listed as a +18 website. It directs me to o2 and then when I try to check if I have protection for age restriction it says its off. So it should let me see the website but it does not. I have search everywhere how to contact o2 but its impossible to find any contact information.

Can anyone help?

Try to call o2 at 8 to 8.30am best time to call also try a vpn for now

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Choose the fraud option if necessary
