02 app

Hi there, just need a little help on how to set my 02 app up. I have 2 contracts for myself and my daughter but when I'm siging into the app my daughter's account is there not mine. I have just gotten a new handset and can't seem to sign into my account via the app. My old handset was fine and let me log into my account. Any suggestions to what I'm doing wrong. TIA

@Kingy you'll need a new login for the new account so give customer service a call to set it up for you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
