Hi everyone,
In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward

Just so you know I did pass it on to the platform provider as examples for the case we have open on this, and it's very useful so please continue reporting here any instance of this or any other issue (for example the posts stuck in Unread posts)

I have been browsing and notice the complaints page has changed radically

So I have checked it out and there is one link (for email) which I expect to click on and be given an email address. It's for the 'new' section Resolution Expert Team.
It's not the Complaints Review Service You can see that underneath.
Anyway the 'email us' link for the Resolution Expert Team, which I've highlighted, doesn't work and takes you nowhere. @EmilieT @Marjo @Martin-O2

Works for me, @Cleoriff @, the link hoofs me into my Gmail app with an empty e-mail, stamped, addressed and ready for me to vent into...😁

I wasn't using my phone, I was using my PC and it takes me nowhere.( I can assure you the pc is set up correctly ) Using Firefox and Chrome. The other links work on PC. However checking the section again, it's only showing someone with a mobile? Bit weird....

So having checked on my mobile, it DOES work. Takes me to Gmail with the email address typed in.
I think there is a problem though if it doesn't work with PC? (Well it is for me!!)
