where is my voucher?

I bought a new mobile phone from o2 with offer of 50 pound high street voucher. I claimed it on popupsale.o2.co.uk as instruction on the flyer a month ago but I received nothing. I contacted the promotion team at o2promotions@grg.com many times but no reply as well. I also called customer service but they can not help as the promotions was hold by grg company and ask me to call them but I can not contact them as well. I have no idea about what is going on and feel terribly disappointed with o2 service, so confuse to continue use o2 or not with poor support for customer and unclear promotions.
is there anyone get the same problem?

just to let you lot know i renewed my parteners o2 contract and was offered £50 high street voucher but over a month later and 7 or more call i still did not get them so i contacted o2 head office in leeds on 0113 272 2000 and spoke to someone in executive relation team and ended up with a credit of £75 on my account, £50 was for the vouchers and £25 was for all the calls and time i have put into this, so keep bugging them till you get them cos if you dont get them you have been miss-sold the contract and ofcom can fine them 10% of there anual takings.

I too am suffering trying to get my £50 voucher that was promised to me when I signed up to a 12month simplicty deal on June 24th.
I received the code and entered that on the voucher page nearly a month ago.
So after numerous emails with no reply and chats to O2 "gurus" who on one day said I would have a reply within 24 hrs then the next said it would be 48 hrs, and calls to 202, I'm still not getting anywhere! I've lost all faith in O2 as all they say is to email o2simplicitypromotion@grg.com and wash their hands of my problem.
During one cutomer support chat the guy said it was because they were working through a queue, I then informed him that my wife had signed up for the same deal on the same day and had received her voucher weeks ago, he then told me they worked through the queue randomly!!
Any ideas where to go with this?

Is this the Amazon £50 voucher offer?
Did you redeem your code at http://vouchers.o2.co.uk
Once the code is redeemed the voucher should be sent to you after 21 days. Has that timescale passed?
If so PM me your Name, Address, and Mobile number and I'll escalate for you.

Having the same trouble. Tried to redeem the same day as my code was received but was informed had to allow 14 days to pass as I could cancel my contract in the meantime. Fair enought I thought.
But well over 14 days have now passed, and when entered, my code brings up 'code not recognised'.
I have PM'd Abs and Zoe and am hoping to receive my voucher swiftly as was wanting to put it towards an ipod before my holiday!!

We all seem to be having the same issue! Only difference with me is my voucher was only £20 but as you say £20 is £20 why offer some thing nobody seems t be able to obtain?
