Signal has worsened over 5 years to the stage where there is no signal now. I/we in my area TN23 3GL paying for a service which we are not getting. Which is a breech in contract.

It's the same as filling up your car with petrol paying for a full tank and only getting 1 bar on the petrol gauge. The same as we get if we are lucky on our mobile device. Which amounts to deception or theft?

First you are not guaranteed a signal in every location as per terms and conditions.

Second. The status checker shows a fault in your area at present

Third, why have you stuck around for that length of time?

If you have had the email about the price rise you may be able to leave your contract penalty free. But do check out other networks using PAYG SIMs before choosing the best for you.

And do consider WiFi Calling

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
