Not sure whats happened here but my sim as been deactivated lost my signal, in my orders it says sim card swap deactivation which is not me 🤷‍♂️ i was getting loads of random messages last night with security codes i just deleted them, i cant phone o2 because i have no phone live chat only works in the app which as logged me out and i cant log back in, i can only log in on the website, gonna end up losing my job as i badly need it for work

Sounds like you have been scammed and someone has tried to take over your account

Going in store with photo ID might be a faster option for you.
