Signal has worsened over 5 years to the stage where there is no signal now. I/we in my area TN23 3GL paying for a service which we are not getting. Which is a breech in contract.
It's the same as filling up your car with petrol paying for a full tank and only getting 1 bar on the petrol gauge. The same as we get if we are lucky on our mobile device. Which amounts to deception or theft?

First you are not guaranteed a signal in every location as per terms and conditions.
Second. The status checker shows a fault in your area at present
Third, why have you stuck around for that length of time?
If you have had the email about the price rise you may be able to leave your contract penalty free. But do check out other networks using PAYG SIMs before choosing the best for you.

And do consider WiFi Calling

I am a loyal customer and believe when somebody from O2 tells me they are fixing the issues outlined in my email. However the issues of weak sigbal have not been fixed but only worsened. Why am I and many other O2 customers are consistently being lied to misinformed ?? Why?? Can somebody from O2 answer this question?

No one from o2 will see your message.. and its not a breach of contract, I suggest you read your terms and conditions which you read and signed (or maybe didn't ).
There a lot of issues why you may be struggling with network, and to be honest no one will tell you when or if they will be fixed..
There is a simple answer pay up, or use your right to exit if you got the email and cancel and move elsewhere... or if on PAYG just get your PAC code and move..

There is no one here from O2 to take your case or answer your question as to why.
If enough of you in your location think the signal is poor try contacting your local MP.
If the network needs a new mast or new equip ment then make sure the NIMBY Brigade and the Council don't refuse planning permission. (That's the biggest block to Mobile Communications advancing in the UK)
But if I had poor signal for five years, as I do with EE and Three, I would have moved a long time ago.
