where is my voucher?

I bought a new mobile phone from o2 with offer of 50 pound high street voucher. I claimed it on popupsale.o2.co.uk as instruction on the flyer a month ago but I received nothing. I contacted the promotion team at o2promotions@grg.com many times but no reply as well. I also called customer service but they can not help as the promotions was hold by grg company and ask me to call them but I can not contact them as well. I have no idea about what is going on and feel terribly disappointed with o2 service, so confuse to continue use o2 or not with poor support for customer and unclear promotions.
is there anyone get the same problem?

Having the same problem and no one appears to be able to help,sent emails to the e mail address given but apart from the "we will get back to you within two working days" nothing O2 customer service say they are unable to help, £50 quid is £50 quid and i want it.

It could be to do with you can change your mind within 14 days that once this passes you'll get it

Yes I am , Grass Roots are the company handling this and they have been useless , like you I want the voucher as promised or O2 are defaulting on the contract It has been over 6 weeks now

I have been in touch with o2 twice and get a different reply each time. The first was that I had not entered my code correctly. I had tried ,but it kept being rejected. I spoke to o2 rep and she tried several times using a code that kept being rejected, Ihve been in touch today 17th Feb. They tell me it takes 14 working days and the expiry date will be 19th. I think we shd all decide to phone and phone until they get some action. Good luck, Ernie

I am relieved to know that i am not the only one having this problem. I tried to contact o2 today but every time you phone a number for them the problem of the vouchers is not on the options list of numbers to press, so i have not been able to speak to a human being. I did speak to the on line advisor today who just told me to contact grg direct. I have sent them an email but i dont hold my breath for a reply after reading other peoples comments on here. I have also sent an email to the complaints department of o2 who have sent me a return email saying they will get back to me in a couple of days. I will keep you all informed as to the outcome, and by now hope some of you have sorted this big problem out. I would be interested to know if you have

Tks to your sharings, I went to o2 store where I bought that phone twice but got the same answer that they cant do anything for me unless ask me to be patient until o2promotions reply. They did reply me once after 12days I emailed them but just require me to give the personal detail without any further information about the voucher and no more reply since. So disappointed, I have a feeling of being cheated. Does anyone in forum suggest what should we do or report to who are able to solve this problem?

I have received an email from o2 saying they will respond to my email in two days, as i sent it on a saturday i will give them until Tuesday and see what they have to say if i do not get any satisfaction i intend to report them to the trading standards i think it is the only way to go on this one, maybe if we all do the same we might just get somewhere, i feel really cheated on this one - £50 is a lot of money

Yes this is very poor we should report them to trading Srandards- I took out the contract as the voucher was being offered now they are letting us down very shofddy
