Blue Mondays Pizza Express voucher

[Flummoxed]

Back in May I won a £20 Pizza Express voucher. I did everything I was asked to do in the email but now I’m completely flummoxed because I can’t find the voucher anywhere. I have run a number of searches on my phone but nothing, so I wonder if I’m missing something. Can anyone tell me what format the voucher is in so I can work out where it might be.
