where is my voucher?

I bought a new mobile phone from o2 with offer of 50 pound high street voucher. I claimed it on popupsale.o2.co.uk as instruction on the flyer a month ago but I received nothing. I contacted the promotion team at o2promotions@grg.com many times but no reply as well. I also called customer service but they can not help as the promotions was hold by grg company and ask me to call them but I can not contact them as well. I have no idea about what is going on and feel terribly disappointed with o2 service, so confuse to continue use o2 or not with poor support for customer and unclear promotions.
is there anyone get the same problem?

Hi, I just telephoned 202 on Tuesday and got quite irate and told them they had 14 days to sort it or I would cancel all three accounts I have with them and cancel the direct debits as i deemed they had broken the contract. they suggested I sent another e mail to the promotions firm, I said I had done all I was going to do and they had the 14 days or the phone was going back.then i got the phone call today from someone in customer services, she said she would put the £50 onto my account and I may still get the voucher as i had done everything right and she appeared to know of this forum, hope this helps
regards Bryon

]I have only just come across this forum, mainly because I was trying to find out if anyone else has had a problem with the £50 voucher. OMG what a shock to find out all the hassles people are having.
I am so disappointed in o2, I have never had problems with them before and feel really let down now that they have failed to honour their end of this deal.
Can anyone tell me the best way to go about getting anything out of them , either credit or voucher.
I am going to a wedding in April and was hoping to put the £50 towards my outfit, how sad am I

Hi everyone, they have credited to my phone account 50 pounds after many mails and calls. Today, customer service called me to make sure "i am happy with this" . In fact, I am so disappointed with o2 now but at least they did something. Hope you guy will receive expected result. My suggestion is send email to o2 customer service immediately.
good luck

Well done you.
I have emailed customer service this evening after sending repeated emails to o2 and getting nowhere, talk about going round in circles.
I am looking forward to any replys I get, but I did mention that I would get onto trading standards if things were not sorted out soon.

I have sent more emails than i can count now (i have kept records of all of them) and nobody in any departments of o2 have had the decency to reply back. All i have had is an automated email saying they will be in touch shortly - well they havent.
Can anyone give me any phone numbers that they have managed to actually talk to a person without receiving one of those talking automated services that dont even give you the option that you require.
They havent got long now before i will be contacting trading standards after giving them 14 days to respond to my letter.
I am so furious at the way we have all been treated, and why have some people received satisfaction and others havent. I dont care how i get my £50 back but would prefer vouchers but would settle for crediting my phone account.

This is really getting beyond a joke, I am tired of being past on to other people all the time. Realy regretting taking out a 2 year contract with my phone now , as I dont feel o2 are doing anyting for their customers in the voucher problem.
I may just get in touch and arrange to sent the thing back and cancel the contract as they have not held up their end, do you think that is possible.
If anyone gets a phone number to talk to an actual person can they pass it onto the rest of us please
Its great being able to vent my rage with people who are going through the same problems as myself
Thanks guys

I received an email today saying my o2 bill was ready to view on line. Well what a surprise they have credited my account with £50 It was really nice of them to let me know that this had happened. No phone call, no email no apology - how rude, and i would still have prefered the vouchers.
All i can say is keep pestering them with emails and threatening them with trading standards. I think it was the letter i sent them (recorded delivery) telling them i intended to take it further if i didnt receive any satisfaction that finally did it, after all they are in breach of contract. Good luck everyone.

I recieved my voucher code and ive never hated having 50 pound to spend in a shop so much. The voucher is only valid for a certain number of stores which are quite expensive. Ive been trying to find something to buy for 3 days and im still having no luck. Why they couldnt hae used more stores il never know as i dont want to wear clothes from marks and spencer, wallis or evans!

I received a phone call from customer services yesterday - at last - apologising for the problems with the £50 vouchers. I told her that i was not the only one that was unhappy about the way we have been treated and suggested she logged on to this forum to see how many o2 customers have complained about it. Although they have credited my account with £50 i told her i was very unhappy about the way they have handled all this and she said she would also credit my account with an extra month rental free. So to all of you that are still having problems with them - keep at them - phone them email them and send them a letter outlining your complaint and keep a check on your bill on line to see if they have credited your account as i didnt know until i logged on to view mine they never emailed me or telephoned me to tell me they had done this. Good luck to you all

Wow lucky you. I seem to be constantly emailing to try and get my voucher but feel like I am being moved from one person to another.
If I get no further next week I will start ringing everyday and sending letters. They must know by now that the whole voucher fiasco has gone belly up, and hould be back tracking all the orders to see who has not had their vouchers yet. Really disappointed in all of this.
