O2 is the worst network in this country! Im Based in Tilbury, Essex where O2 has the worst poorest signal. My iPhone only shows one bar on O2's 4G at home, causing slow internet and no incoming calls.

@alexeitarulis This is not O2. This is a customer community.

You can download this app and report your problems here: My Network App - Find Out More About Your Network Coverage | Apps | O2

Also see these guides:

How can I sort out my network issues? - o2uk

Why do I have poor coverage indoors?

To help you at home use Wi-Fi calling: WiFi and 4G Calling: Everything You Need To Know

If you want to lodge a formal complaint see this: How to Complain | Help | O2

We understand that O2's response time to complaints is eight weeks.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

As I travel around I've seen worse than that and on more than one network.

It's not the strength of the signal but the quality. Seems there may be capacity issues if data is really slow

Try PAYG SIM cards from the other networks to see which is best in your location

The suggestion to use WiFi Calling at home should be acted on.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@alexeitarulis

If using data at home then use a proper fixed line provider rather than relying on high latency mobile data, and to concur with @Enlli  I have also seen the same on all UK networks in areas across the UK, so this is not unique to o2 (but seems to be more prevalent in some parts of the country)..

Simple answer pay off your contract, get some PAYG sims to test networks near you and then port out... but you may find the same... especially if round the docks...
