where is my voucher?

I bought a new mobile phone from o2 with offer of 50 pound high street voucher. I claimed it on popupsale.o2.co.uk as instruction on the flyer a month ago but I received nothing. I contacted the promotion team at o2promotions@grg.com many times but no reply as well. I also called customer service but they can not help as the promotions was hold by grg company and ask me to call them but I can not contact them as well. I have no idea about what is going on and feel terribly disappointed with o2 service, so confuse to continue use o2 or not with poor support for customer and unclear promotions.
is there anyone get the same problem?

Hi all
I have been in touch with 02 promotions now for a week, emailing backwards and forwards.
I just feel I am being fobbed off constantly, my next move is a letter with information from Trading Standards and constant phone calls to customer service, though I dont like to take it all out on them as it is not their fault.
Good luck everyone with your Voucher endevors, I hope you all have more luck than I am.

Hi there,
Just came across this forum, as have the same problem. O2 is not helping me to sort out the problem after emails to them and o2simplicitypromotion@grg.com nothing has been done.
They advertise an offer on their web site which is scam and they are breaking the contract as they are not willing to sort this out.
I think we should all make a complain to Ofcom and media to shame o2 for this practice.

AT LAST AT LAST AT LAST
I may not have got a voucher, but I have been credited £50 plus an extra £10 to pay 1 months bill.... Which I suppose Is better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
It took quite a bit of doing and constant email but at least it is all sorted. Maybe next time O2 will think a little harder about the promotions they are offering and make sure they can come up with the goods, because believe me when I say, I WILL NOT be quite so quick to take up any offers again.
Thanks to everyone on here for your help with this , you were all superstars and I would have just sat here and done nothing without all your encouraging messages and resolutions.
Thanks
Joyced

Let's hope everyone gets this issue resolved. It's not right that you have to continually ring or write. Doesn't do the blood pressure any good either.

Hi Joyced
That is exactly what they have done for me too. I agree though they should get their act together, for such a large company their customer relations is terrible. I also wish the rest of you luck in sorting out the problem, but dont give up, keep at them and i am sure you will get the same result as we did eventually.

So, I have just sent off my first email, not expecting a speedy response to be honest and not looking forward to weeks of phone calls. Also, it's very confusing that some people have finally received a voucher yet others have only been offered phone credit? I am keen to get the original voucher as promised, not £50 worth of phone credit as I will probably never spend it.
Not impressed at all.

Hello
I've been having the same problem, have been trying to get answers for a month, by calling them and sending e-mails. They do'nt respond to my e-mails and when I call, they give me different information every time and are not being helpful. I've started to feel this is just one big scam I'm fed up and thinking that after my two 02 contracts finish I'm switching to another company.
