hi everyone I'm trying to upgrade my phone but it won't let me upgrade any idea as I'm trying to upgrade through the app and through by here any help

at that time of night the system could have been down have you tried again ?

@Anonymous  As @adamtemp64 has said, the system may have been down for maintenance at that time of morning. If you're still having a problem this morning, call customer service, http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus, or go in store if you have one nearby.
