Ordered phone upgrade online. All accepted, told to checkout on browser. Wouldn't let me, as it said there was an issue with the phone I'd added in scrappage. Told I had to empty basket and reorder. Emptied basket and reordered without adding scrap phone, now have to searches on my credit history?? Called and left on hold, then cut off after 30 minutes and said we're closed. Called again 2 days later and had to do another security check. Was told all accepted. Went on browser to complete and showed basket has expired. Called yet again and told they would sort, then after being on hold, told the phone wasn't in stock and I'd have to empty basket and reorder something else, which would mean a 3rd credit check in 1 week. Obviously decided not to do this, now my credit score is affected and I have no phone. How is this even allowed to happen? What can I do to correct this. Constantly told there's nothing we can do about it. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Personally, I would bite the bullet and leave O2.
Depending on the credit checks they come off your file after 6 months.
Credit scores are only there to make the customer feel good and for companies to try and sell you stuff you don't need.
Guess you could try sales
