Unfortunatly to see the full survey results you have to be a which member and the bbc are focusing on the customer service and value perhaps I used the wrong title

Personally I think the survey is flawed. How can Giffgaff come top of customer service...when they don't have a dedicated CS department? 4000 people were polled by Which. That means you have to subscribe to Which to be eligible to participate...Nonsense.

So that's like on here.......but logically it would seem that more customers use Live Chat and O2 CS than the Community........O2 should learn a lesson from GiffGaff perhaps ?
