Webmail not working

HI all, is anyone else having problems logging on to webmail? I can access my o2 accounton the o2 site but the webmail feature just times out and doesn't connect. Been like this since early this morning. Contacted o2 via live chat and got told to contact Sky (even though they're not my provider). Has anyone else experienced this?

Amazing really that people are choosing not to understand facts presented to them. If they have had O2 webmail for the past 2 years then they were lucky. As far as I know the servers are 'unmanned' and will continue to close down accounts. If you migrated to Sky BB then you had a bit more time. As Sky are passing the buck back to O2 now... it shows clearly that they are not doing anything....

i havent been with sky since 15months and my email was still working until today . I rung to O2 and they toldme that I am not longer O2 or sky customer therefore I dont have a access to emails ! dont understad this no info ,no emails and they shut down my account absolutley rubbish company!!!

Sky aren't passing the buck - they simply don't have access to the servers. The servers are on IP addresses allocated to Telefonica and are managed by them too.

And the servers are no longer supported or maintained. .....
