Replacement sim not working.

I was sent a replacement sim as I lost my phone. The old sim was blocked. When I try the new one it says Emergency calls only. I would be grateful for advice. Thanks.

You need to call o2 to activate the sim card, call 0344 809 0202 from another phone.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

You need to ask customer service to remove the lost/stolen bars from your account @Markab17
