Next,Day Delivery

Anonymous
Not applicable

Yesterday ( Thursday ), I decided to buy a phone online after seeing the " next day delivery if you order before 10pm " notice. By 1pm today ( Friday ) when I still had no email to say it was dispatched I contacted a " guru " who informed me that I wouldn't receive it till probably Monday.

Then told me I couldn't cancel my order because it had been processed.

After talking to a guy on the phone I was assured I would get it on Saturday and he would phone back in 20mins to let me know what time I would get it. That was 4hrs ago.

I am soooo angry.

I don't blame you for being angry ....There are so many similar threads on here about  orders being accepted...paid for and never received on the day promised....A very sad state of affairs from O2

Hi

I'd ring back and ask to speak to a line manager.

Also Check your e mail inbox and any spam Folders from O2 with tracking info.

You can cancel if you require But any monies may take a few days to be returned.

I think it is probably another example of the phone actually NOT being in stock...but a failure by O2 to inform customers of this...Just take the money and to heck with the rest of it....'Next customer please' mentality:smileysad:

Its the whole so called next day delivery thing. Customers are being conned. Then to say that I would get it tomorrow is a joke when I still have not received dispatch confirmation so can't even track it.
