Yesterday ( Thursday ), I decided to buy a phone online after seeing the " next day delivery if you order before 10pm " notice. By 1pm today ( Friday ) when I still had no email to say it was dispatched I contacted a " guru " who informed me that I wouldn't receive it till probably Monday.
Then told me I couldn't cancel my order because it had been processed.
After talking to a guy on the phone I was assured I would get it on Saturday and he would phone back in 20mins to let me know what time I would get it. That was 4hrs ago.
I am soooo angry.

Interestingly @Anonymous has two threads running that contradict each other.
In this one the OP queries who delivers on a Sunday but in another thread the OP states they cannot upgrade due to fraudulent activity on their account followed by being unable to turn their handset on due to a battery fault and so can't upgrade as can't receive the upgrade text.
Think the OP needs to clarify their needs.
Well spotted Nick. I thought I recognised the name. I had responded on both threads

Further update. Back in June @Anonymous started they were leaving o2 due to poor reception after they had moved home.
2 days later they came back on here to report that there had been a mix up worth their account and that the user id details had been changed by another customer. It appears since then that the account has been with the O2 Fraud Dept. Now the OP wants to upgrade but hasn't been able to as the account was held re suspicious activity. That got sorted so the OP wanted to upgrade. Then they were offered delivery on a Sunday which they didn't believe then ultimately they couldn't upgrade as their existing handset doesn't work apparently due to a battery fault.
Perhaps the OP can come back us to update on what they actually DO want so we can try to assist?
Well said Nick. All seems a tad peculiar to me
