Recieved my new S25 Ultra last week ( the whole ordering process was a nightmare ) 6 days after delivery I still cannot use my phone
My 02 account doesn't show my new phone which is a 2nd phone / 2nd line , live chat are utterly useless. I have no sim and no info as to download my esim / I don't even know the number of my new phone.
Reached out to 02 support on ' X' , they said they've escalated a request to sort this to the ' back end team ' (?) But this was 3 days ago . Nobody can explain why I have been sent a top new phone but have no way to use it.
No doubt they'll be efficient at charging me for it , but my phone is unusable and can't get any help. Phone staff / live chat are beyond useless. Will go to 02 shop on Saturday if not resolved but I'm not confident they'll help ?
It's beyond belief.
