What does it mean when you try to make a phone call and you get the message "network not available"? I can't make or receive calls atm...my direct debit was paid...02 are a pain just now...can't contact customer services, the website has been updating since goodness knows when, can't access My02, apparently it needs another wretched APP...I don't need any more APPs...best things to get hacked on every. Think I might change my provider. 02 are not as good as they used to be...no points for loyalty.

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
