Hello,
I have 2 monthly Sim only cards with o2 (both in my name, one is used by husband).
I altered my contracts in a local o2 shop 14 March 2022 before it closed for good or I would have gone in to ask. As both were 24 month contracts at what point can I safely ring up to cancel them without any penalty? I want to retain my mobile numbers.
Is there anywhere online in My o2 I can actually see my history and the contracts?
Thank you for any advice

All info in this guide Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
You can leave at anytime and you will be billed to the end of your contract only.

Ah! Thank you for including the info. I had already read that but thought things would have changed since 2019.
If I understand it correctly - once the 24 months are up I can just text the number for a PAC code and that must terminate my account? I fully expected I would have to ring o2 at some point so that simplifies things a bit.
Cheers!

Getting your PAC doesn't terminate your account. That only happens when you use your PAC to move your number to a different network.
