Why has the customer service quality deteriorated so much with O2? My phone line has been disconnected and reconnected five times in just two weeks, and when I call for assistance, it takes two days to get a response. I've requested compensation for these issues and I'm also considering switching from O2. Is anyone else facing similar problems?

O2 customer service has got worse. You can change networks but we get people on here joining O2 because their network's CS was bad!

Have to agree with @Enlli
The best options for customer service are Honest Mobile and Spusu, calls answered in seconds and they actually care and fix things...
I personally have had no issues with CS either at an enterprise level or consumer level, so it is all down to who you speak to..
And dont expect compensation as it is down to the agent you speak to....
