Hi all
I placed an order with virgin for a o2 sim only but I keep getting a email saying my details are not complete and to call the virginmedia team .The number given is no longer in service . Have called virgin and used the bot but still not resolved the issue does anybody know if I need to call o2 or how to call virgin .many thanks

Was this part of a Volt Deal which included Virgin Broadband which it seems then you need to deal with Virgin as asked
If not then you need to deal with O2

Hi I have sorted now as I called Virgin using 150 they took my order and details so hopfully get my sim soon thanks for everyones help
