Solved: How do I contact O2 by email?

How do I contact O2 by email? I can't contact them by phone as I am at work at present, and I want to put what I need to say into an email. I know there used to be a contact email address, but I can't seem to find it anymore. Can anyone help please?

If it's an account related problem they will ask you to phone as they can't pass you through security by email.
