I'm looking to get details of usage from my phone. I'm needing to see phone call details from a certain day and time for court. Is this possible?

Simplicity can be either.

You need to use the form and send it to the address shown, there is no other way.

Customer services might go through the calls with you on the phone but cannot provide anythign a court would accept.

Forget using a shop, they can't do it.

If it's Pay and Go you can make a Subject Access request for £10, more here:

http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,KB=Companion,question=ref%28User%29:str%28Mob...

If it's Pay Monthly it will be in MyO2.

What you cannot get:

Sorry – under Subject Access requests we can’t provide:

  • Information about incoming calls
  • Where you were when you made the call
  • The content of text messages
  • Number, photos, video clips or text messages stored on your phone.
