In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward

Now is they could only discover the phantom SIM that is appearing as activated in MyO2

Now I wonder what would happen if that phantom, ghost, SIM was reported lost... would it affect somebody's garage roller door, burglar alarm or drive gates, or drop someone in some other part of the world into a cellphone black-hole...🤔
Presumably you have not enough info to (ooops... I wish someone would drop that d*mned pop-up into a black hole!) even attempt that, @Enlli?

A minor hiccup I know but still confusing/annoying.
The Word Association Thread (In the Off Topic Section) appears to be an hour ahead. It's the only thread in that section with this issue!

Works for me, @Cleoriff @, the link hoofs me into my Gmail app with an empty e-mail, stamped, addressed and ready for me to vent into...😁
Interestingly, this e-mail address, resolutionexpert@o2.com, although not appearing on the main O2 website (that I can find quickly) still seems active - it responded as below when I sent a test message to it just now...
Not tried any of the links though.
