In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward

Working, in that it actually sends an acknowledgement e-mail back - but whether O2 provide the promised response within 5 days, yes, well....
Otherwise somebody's e-mail box somewhere inside O2 is bursting at the seams 🤔😎

@Dave-O2 - any word on the Forum e-mails going into Gmail's SPAM folder? Last I heard, it looked as iff Khoros team and GMail admin were to talk/review, but I may have misunderstood...

I use Firefox on my PC. For this forum ONLY I have a gmail address. No email goes into junk.
On my Android phone, I'm using Chrome. Although I'm getting the message to:
Be Careful with This Email
This message was not sent to spam because of a filter you created
REPORT NOT SPAM
(which is bloody annoying) ....It doesn't go to junk/spam file.
PS, I have NO idea what filter I created!!😂
