In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward

I'm OK hanging in here @Dave-O2, it is the staff in Greggs that I feel sorry for.
For information, free items still seem to work fine. It is the items that are discounted that seem to cause issues with the app and tills. The other thing that is causing issues for some is that if you scan Priority to get an item for £1, you then cannot scan the Greggs app to pay that £1 even if you have monetary credit thereon.
Teething problems -taking of which, I hope that your little one is doing well. 👍

Am I the only one still receiving every single notification / PM etc in to their junk mail folder? I know others had the same problem but don't know if that's still the case. Shows up with a question mark as well as unverified. I don't receive an alert when it goes to junk so apt to miss things unless I keep checking.

Mine only come occasionally and those that do ALWAYS end up in junk mail

Mine would go to junk, but I have a filter that allows me to see them as they arrive, besplattered with Google warnings though:
Ultimately, all the e-mail from the O2 Community Forum is seen by Gmail as... SPAM! 😢

Yep. It's the same here, over to junk mail with a warning.
This is why, along with the other problems and a more 'hands off' approach I think the Community is no longer a priority in the great scheme of things.
