Hi everyone,
In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward

Current issues being looked into
-These have been reported to the platform provider and are being investigated-
- Kudos and posting box window not working correctly in the blog section
- New comments on Blog articles (Reviews or Guides) in Unread posts link to the initial post and not the latest comments
- Read comments stuck in Unread Posts even after being read
Current feedback being looked into
-These are being discussed with the different teams involved in the project-
- Various differences between Mobile view and Full view (list here)
- Size of the homepage header
- Image in the hompage header
- Lack of board structure on the homepage

Maybe it's because I use Microsoft Office that all community emails go into the junk folder
To be honest it's not a big deal because I've now turned off notifications for the community
But this morning I found a PM in junk so that is a problem
Yes I also think that this community is just left to itself and definitely is not a focus for O2 even though we do a job as a third arm of customer service.
Just not a priority and it has to be said that the whole of the O2 website is riddled with inconsistencies and errors. It would help if they had their own web team but those days are long gone
They can't even update the latest phones on the landing pages!

Any news on this forum being fixed anytime soon? The Headers and Footers still broken.

Anyone else having problems seeing images folks have posted?
Also huge problems on different browsers whereby read posts showing as unread
Even some posts have the HTML removed warning

I see your image, but others' imageas showing as yellow triangles in a box, usually when uploaded rather than c&p'd:

I see the pictures I uploaded, you don't - sounds like someone has been fiddling with filesystem permissions preventing others from seeing images the author of the post has uploaded or c&pd.
