In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward

Any movement on the "tell us what you think" pop-up, @Martin-O2? It interferes with just reading a thread, when replying, when posting a pic - a right pain in the proverbial.
Also noticed a few people getting "account disabled" or "account closed" when trying to upgrade, legitimately, from SIMO (sorry, the popup just intruded and hoofed me up to the tip of the page again, grrr!), and another who tried to flex his tariff up to one with more data.
Is this a byproduct or teething issue from 360, or a new standard procedure (guilty until proven innocent) as people try to do what MyO2 lets them do, only to be cut-off and told "Fraud suspected, come back in 8 weeks"? Fraud team, tbh, must be one person in a dingy office, because the turnaround time on being cut-off to getting service restored is abyssmal. It's sinking the advisors too, as O2 CS "cannot do anything once Fraud Dept is involved".
Tag @Breanna and @ColinO2 as well, as this is really painful now!

New one this morning: when trying to use the # to insert a guide I get a list of users instead, almost like I am actually trying to tag someone with the @ ...

More gremlins making an unwelcome return @Dave-O2
This is in UNREAD POSTS. I'm seeing them every time I answer a post > go to unread posts to read/answer the next one and the one I've just answered is sitting in the unread posts section as if I've done nothing.
Once answered, this should NOT be happening.
This happened for quite some time when we moved to Khoros, but had a fix ages ago. This is on my PC Windows 11 using Firefox and Chrome. All cookies and cache cleared.

Yes usually. However some of us were having the issue for most of the day, The mods weren't moving posts around all day long.. @Dave-O2 Just to report this hasn't happened again today, so hopefully a one off glitch yesterday. 👍
