Hi everyone, 

In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward

Current issues being looked into

-These have been reported to the platform provider and are being investigated-

• Kudos and posting box window not working correctly in the blog section
• New comments on Blog articles (Reviews or Guides) in Unread posts link to the initial post and not the latest comments
• Read comments stuck in Unread Posts even after being read

Current feedback being looked into

-These are being discussed with the different teams involved in the project-

• Various differences between Mobile view and Full view (list here)
• Size of the homepage header
• Image in the hompage header
• Lack of board structure on the homepage

Yes usually. However some of us  were having the issue for most of the day, The mods weren't moving posts around all day long.. @Dave-O2 Just to report this hasn't happened again today, so hopefully a one off glitch yesterday. 👍

You wouldn't know if any posts had been moved unless you saw then prior to the move in a different part of the forum.

Of course I wouldn't. The point I was making was the unread posts issue was happening to most of us on a long daily basis. Yes, the mods do move posts around but they aren't doing it all day long. If I had the unread post problem from 7am until 11pm then it's obviously NOT just down to the mods moving posts around.

Suddenly a fix was put in place and the Unread posts issue stopped. The mods continue to move posts around but it no longer affected us. Yesterday it returned for me.

Looks like a moderator has tidied it all up now, thankfully - t'was a real mess for a while!

And I had a few obstinate topics that would not go away despite having been read, was on Monday or Tuesday - I went for the nuclear approach, via "Unread posts", "mark all posts in community as read" - don't think I missed much 😱😁
