O2 should put delivery times between 8am - 6pm and not 8 - 12!
That way we know where we stand from the beginning.
This is the 2nd time I've waited in for a phone. Could of gone out this morning and need to take dog to the vet at 4.30.
Rant over, sorry 😊

The emails / sms stating the time of delivery slot are generated by the Courier companies that are delivering it and not o2. But like all issues you the consumer can only complain to o2 as they are the delivery company's customer.
I would talk to o2 customer services once you have it to lodge a complaint so o2 can build up a case against whichever courier company they are using at the moment.

I agree the waiting times do cause havoc with any deliveries when they give such a broad timespan
O2 should switch to DPD....in our area of the Midlands you get an email the day before, stating it will
be delivered the following day...then on the morning of delivery another email telling you the one hour
time slot...
(Not only that, you can, if so inclined, follow your delivery driver via the link provided..and see exactly
how far away he is from your house!)
Now that's what I call service
