Waiting 4 days so far for delivery, with no end in sight. Anyone had similar problems, and if so how long did it take?

Depends what you ordered and when ,as a search will show delays across lots of devices due to warehouse migrations etc ..
Your only option is to call o2 sales on 0800 081 0255 tomorrow morning..

Ordered an iphone 16 pro max last sept 16. It has been saying “up to 3 weeks”. It’s now 10th of October and it still says processing so I dunno. Such a bad service

Same waiting since 12th December nothing been told delivery would be clear by the 20th December 24 when I spoke to 6 agent 2 manager they don't know how long now really *bleep* off need to be sorted as this is really appalling and frustrating. They really don't know what they are saying it's just going round the circles, I am really worried as to when I will get the phone or never. Had to be somewhere as family member in hospital but they don't seem to understand that at all so disgusting and stressed out everyday calling and speaking to live agent.

Yes I spoke to the agent and they said that the warehouse issues is back up and running so not sure if that's true, but still been told to wait
