O2 are a joke

I have been waiting 7 weeks for a sim swap to go through I have half old number and half new rendering phone nearly useless. I have raised 7 complaints and spent well over 100 hours on hold and on phone. Customer services can’t help

Cold Call?

This was genuine. I called 02 directly to verify and first thing they said was 02 never calls customers BUT they then checked on my account and confirmed it was legit. I told them they need to sort out their communication between departments.
