Hello All,

I am writing this in order to reach out to anyone looking to raise a complaint with O2 for any part of their service through their complaint email complaintreviewservice@o2.com. Upon sending an email to this address you automatically receive a response informing you that they will be in touch "within 7 working days", I have emailed this address 6 times since the 26th of May and have not received a single response from any O2 representative via email or phone about my complaints. Please see this as a warning as O2 will not look to help deal with any complaints and will simply hope you stop requesting assistance.

Probably not. Was just hoping to see someone in my situation had a half positive outcome at the very lowest of the least as I've tried to do some positive research into this and all I've read is people giving up because they feel they've just hit a brick wall.

I did not give up I took them to the telecommunications ombudsman ans win and got compensated

oh this just come up my inbox so it’s from months ago and I’m not sure what’s going on. No I didn’t give up and I still not give up with O2. It’s  been six months now I wrote the CEO the complaint to everybody you could cut the she just doesn’t reply at all which is the first CEO. Any company I’ve ever wrote to there’s not replied in anyway shape perform I did go to ombudsman and they upheld everything but still got the watches still got the bag signal and O2 are just not replying at all now
