OK, so you will need new sim cards for the business account from O2.
Call 8002 for business customer services and ask them to send you business sim cards.
Your message centre number is wrong because you have the wrong sim cards.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Check o2 help here http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/srvs/cgi-bin/webcgi.exe?New,KB=Companion,question=ref(user):str(Mobile),C...
Also make sure that you have "send as sms" enabled in iMessage settings.

May also be worth getting o2 to check your account settings if it's on 2 phones.
Call them on 8002.

Don’t think it was mentioned above so try this, from your phone dial: **5005*7672*+447802000332#
And see if this helps

Check you have the correct message centre numbers in your settings @Anonymous

Open messages, settings and type in the message centre number :
Pay Monthly   +447802000332
Pay & Go       +447802092035

Though as a business customer you wont need the PAYG option...but will leave it there anyway..

Hopefully they have been sent the correct sims. The message centre number is read off the sim and though changing it will work, it will revert back when the phone is switched off and on again if the sims are the incorrect type.
